One.com External Domain Setup
Please note that for example purposes, we have created a test domain. In this example, you should see your domain in place of onuniverse.one as you go through the guide.
1. Start here at the One.com DNS page and create a new CNAME record. Type in www as the Hostname and onuniverse.com under Is an alias of. Save the record.
2. Create a Web Forward record (1). This time, leave the Hostname blank (2) and under Will direct to type https://www.YOURDOMAINNAME (3). Click Create record.
You're all set! Please note that it might take some time (up to 48 hours) for DNS records to setup, but if you have any questions please reach out to the support team in the app or at help@onuniverse.com.
