Network Solutions External Domain Setup
Please note that for example purposes, we have created a test domain. In this example, you should see your domain in place of myuniversesite.com as you go through the guide.
1. Start here at the Network Solutions dashboard and click on Edit DNS under My Domain Names.
2. Click on Edit next to Advanced DNS Settings.
3. Next, scroll down until you see this section and click Edit CNAME Records.
4. You will create two records. Under Alias, type in www for one record and @ for another. Under Other Host, type in onuniverse.com. Click Continue.
5. Click Save Changes.
You're all set! Please note that it might take some time (up to 48 hours) for DNS records to setup, but if you have any questions please reach out to the support team in the app or at help@onuniverse.com.
