Once you submit the requested proof of the dispute, the information is submitted by our Payments Team to Stripe. The dispute process can take up to 90 days to complete, depending on the customer’s bank. During this time, your payments may be placed on manual with the amount of the dispute held in reserve until there is a resolution.
Once we’ve received a resolution on your dispute, we will again notify you of the decision via the email.
If the dispute is resolved in your favor, your account will be placed back on automatic payouts and back in good standing with Universe!
If the dispute is not resolved in your favor, the transaction will be reversed, and Universe will make a determination on the status of your account.
