Free files should be downloaded instantly, while paid ones arrive in the customer's email.
Whenever the Download Block is tapped on your website, there are two things that can possibly happen. The download will either begin immediately or the customer will be asked for a payment first. Both Apple Pay and credit/debit are accepted.
If the file or files do not require a payment, they will begin to download as soon as the button is tapped on your website.
If you are charging for the files, then they will be delivered to your customers email. Your customer will receive two emails: one with the receipt, and the other with the download URL. As long as they receive one of these emails, then they're going to receive the other. The download URL email is usually sent within minutes, but can sometimes take a few hours. If the customer hasn't received the download URL within two hours of the purchase, please reach out to customer support in the app with details about the order.
