Universe uses your iTunes account and the App Store to handle all subscriptions and billing.
To request a refund from Apple, please follow the instructions here. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for you, nor do we have visibility of the status of your refund if you are approved.
🌟 Please note that it can take anywhere between 5-10 business days for a refund to be completed once approved by Apple.
🌟 You'll also want to make sure that you cancel your subscription so that you don't get charged again. You can do that by following the instructions here.
