In addition to collecting a customer's address and email for an item, you can also collect their phone number. After the phone number has been attached to an order, you can directly send a message or call the customer if needed. The information that you collect at the time of checkout is fully customizable and offers a variety of variations.

To enable phone number collection:

  1. Open the Grid editor for the page you wish to edit
  2. Tap the Payment Block where your product is found
  3. Once the product editor opens, you have the ability to toggle on the Phone Number option

When purchasing a product on your website, customers will now be required to provide their phone number at the time of sale.

Don't forget to save your changes by tapping the blue checkmark and publishing your site.
