As a seller you can issue a refund from the app. From the Audience Tab navigate to Payments.

  • Under all Payments tap on the transaction you want to refund.
  • Under Order Details you will see the Refund Payment option.
  • After tapping Refund Payment , select the option/reasoning and tap Submit.

Notes:

  • Refunded transactions will show as Refunded in the transaction list with a red label.
  • Our payment processor, Stripe says it will take 5-10 days for the refund to appear on the Buyers statement.
